I purchased my van from them about a week ago and couldn't be more satisfied. I was in need of a van for my family and wasn't having luck until I came across 5 star Motor . I was nervous going in as I had never financed a vehicle before but they were so helpful and explained everything to me. They were friendly and not pushy at all, compared to other places I had visited while browsing for a van. If you are in need of a vehicle, I highly recommend 5 star motor group!

Upon walking into this random dealer I found on Google, I was pleasantly surprised. The dealership was pristine and very clean with a wide variety of cars to choose from. All were detailed and fronted. Approaching John and Markos, they were confident and incredibly easy and welcoming to work with. They let us experience the cars in interest with no pressure and let us test drive any vehicle on the lot. Unlike most dealers, John and Markos were negotiable, throwing in add-ons to make sure we were getting a quality and worthy purchase. I will absolutely do the hour and a half drive again to secure another car from them because it's nothing like I've experienced before from a dealer.

I was so nervous because i wasn't ready to buy but my car was too expensive to fix. They did everything. The process felt seamless. I bought a Chevy Trax -2018 - 67k mileage. i didn't feel like i was being sold. John and Markos were transparent and usually i dont trust anyone. Excited that the warranty is very comprehensive. I will be coming back for future vehicles.

Purchasing a car can be very stressful. But not my experience with 5 Star. I recently need to purchase a car for my teenager. Marcos make it so much easier. Just sit back and he will help you what your family need. In just two days, i got car for my daughter. Only provide my driver licence, insurance card. The rest of the paper work, Marcos will take care. I really recommend 5 Star, they are friendly, no pressure on purchasing, and reasonable price! Thank you Markos for what you did for First responder worker like me!

I can’t express enough how wonderful Marko and John were in our purchase experience. The professionalism was great and Marko helped cater to our 5 y/o with cookies to keep her happy while we figured the financing out. Will definitely utilize their services again when needed.

Bought a Ford Escape for my daughter. Fantastic small dealership that makes you feel very comfortable and feel valued. Extremely open and honest, not to mention the cars are in outstanding condition and very meticulously detailed that literally made the car look brand new! Pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend and I am very meticulous.

Their professionalism and speed had me driving my new to me car off their lot in a matter of days. That's only because I couldn't make the drive the day after I contacted them about buying. The car is in excellent condition, freshly detailed, and had a full tank when I left. As embarrassing as this is, I accidentally paid John $500 more than the agreed price because of the deposit I placed prior to buying. This man reached out to let me know and sent a check in the mail the next day. Customer service A+++++. They definitely let everyone see the Lambo though haha.

Buying a car from 5 Star Auto Group was seamless. We were very impressed with the straight forward and honest but no pressure approach. We will be looking at purchasing a second car from Markos within the next month or so. No need to go to a big car dealer when this gem of a dealership is in our back yard!

Awesome experience! John and Marco were super nice and never put any pressure on us. They were super transparent throughout the process, and we couldn’t believe the great deal we got! Unlike other experiences I have had they explained everything to me and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Thanks to them I was able to drive out of the lot with a great car and wonderful experience. I highly recommend checking out 5 star motor group!

Marko and John are awesome to deal with. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best financing as possible. I’ve bought cars from larger dealers before however the experience I enjoyed with 5 Star Motor Group far surpasses any large dealership in the past. Please take a serious look at 5 star Motor Group before going anywhere else. Seriously you have to check them out. By the way, love my car!!!!! Harvey (happy customer)

I recently purchased a car at 5 Star and I have to say they made the whole process super seamless. They have a really good inventory and I was able to test drive a few of the cars I was interested in and never felt pressured by the salesperson that helped me. I fell in love with a Volvo and I was able to drive my new car off the lot same day. Super happy and I also think I got an awesome deal to boot. If you’re searching for a car here ask for John. Nice guy.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! I was looking for a car for my daughter and they went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really patient with my choices. I feel like they found me the best car possible: safe, good looking, and something that worked perfectly with my budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a great car!

I usually don’t write reviews, too many fakes, but this time I feel compelled to write one. Went to 5 star motor group, bought a car and the whole experience was easy peasy thanks to Johnny Clay. Not only you can tell that he loves what he does, but he’s also a great human being who takes at heart the customer’s needs. Too bad I cannot leave more than 5 stars. Top notch level!!!

I highly recommend 5 star if you are in the market for a used vehicle. I have purchased many over the years and no one has treated me better or backed up their product with more integrity. I had 2 minor issues and they took care of them quickly and professionally. They deserve more than 5 stars!
